Is it safe to use my credit card with you guys?

Of course it's safe! We don't store any of your credit card info (which is handled by our payment processor, Stripe) and we'll also never share any of your personal info with anyone.

What's your guys' privacy policy like?

Your info will never be shared between anybody besides us and of course, you. So don't worry about your info getting into the wrong hands. For a full in depth privacy policy, click here.

Do you accept PayPal?

We love PayPal. We'll always accept PayPal. 

Do you accept Google Wallet, Apple Pay, anything like that?

Unfortunately, we do not. We're looking to expand our payment methods in the future. We currently accept, credit cards, PayPal & Amazon Pay.

What's the quality like for your products?

All of our hair care products are made with high-quality materials. We wouldn't sell you anything that weren't created that way.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping internationally takes 10-15 days. This excludes processing time (0-3 days)

Does the orders have a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days).

Please kindly email  contact.conceptcreations@gmail.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is NOT your tracking number.

How can I track my order?
